Associate Director Quantity Surveyor - ConsultancyLondonOur consultancy client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Associate Director Level Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of high-profile residential master planning projects.In this position you will take full responsibility for leading quantity surveying operations, working closely with internal project managers as well as external contractors, architects and clients. You will draw on your deep technical QS expertise to deliver feasibility studies, procurement advice, life cycle costing and more to the highest quality standards.To stand out you will possess:

• At least 10 years' quantity surveying background with proven master planning infrastructure experience
• Ability to oversee multiple residential projects simultaneously
• First-class leadership qualities - can manage teams, contractors and stakeholder groups
• Commercial outlook with excellent communication abilities
