Associate Director, Investment Operations - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a Financial Services firm to recruit an Associate Director, Investment Operations based in London.

Position summary:This role supports front office teams and external fund boards to ensure smooth deal execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with Fund Boards, internal and external stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end transaction process.

The position requires:

• Balancing commercial objectives with a strong risk-managed approach,
• Overseeing deal execution across multiple funds,
• Handling banking negotiations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Working closely with legal, banking, administrative, and regulatory teams to support investments across jurisdictions.
• Maintaining robust controls, clear documentation, and sharing knowledge with the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Profile

• ACA, ACCA from practice
• Strong academic background
• Minimum 3 years post qualification
• Excellent communication skills

They are offering a very competitive package:

• Base salary £100,000 - £130,000 (depending on relevant experience)
• Discretionary bonus

• Hybrid working model.
