Warner Scott are partnered with a leading Accountancy firm who are looking to expand their M&A advisory function at Associate Director / Director Level (depending on experience).This is a perfect position for anyone looking to make a move into an exciting, growing function who have an excellent track record for internal growth and promotions, as well as a progressive, person centred company culture.Key Responsibilities:- Act as main point of contact for clients and as their trusted advisor- Take part in growing and developing the team over time- Involvement in a wide range of transactions, taking full ownership of simpler transactions - Ensuring every assessment is in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the firm - Supervising and reviewing work of junior team members, and provide feedback/support- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential M&A opportunities and trends.- Analyse financial data, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to assess the strategic fit and potential risks of transactions.Requirements:- Strong experience in a corporate finance environment - delivering disposals, acquisitions, fundraisings - Willingness to lead on as much as possible with support from the team - Managerial experience developing more junior members of the team
