With regional offices performing exceptionally well, they're now investing in their London office, offering you the chance to lead, grow a team, and shape the future of a key location within a supportive and ambitious business.Your new roleAs Associate Director, you'll take a key leadership position within the London office. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading mechanical or electrical design projects across a range of sectors
• Developing new business and expanding client relationships in the London market
• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and designers
• Collaborating with senior leadership across the UK to align strategy and delivery
• This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and a clear path to Director level.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong background in Building Services Design (mechanical or electrical)
• Experience working in a consultancy environment
• Chartered status or working towards it (CIBSE or IMechE)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Commercial acumen and a track record of winning work
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Revit, IES, AutoCAD)
