Associate / Collateral Management - LHH Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

• Administer daily collateral margin requirements and EMIR risk mitigation processes

• Execute margin calls, monthly interest calculations, and manage portfolio valuations

• Oversee collateral receipt and delivery, resolving any discrepancies

• Run portfolio reconciliations and escalate unresolved disputes

• Coordinate with internal treasury teams to secure funding for margin calls

• Monitor physical payment execution and reconcile breaks

• Escalate disputes exceeding $5 million

• Support system readiness and UAT testing for new releases

• Respond to inbound queries and manage team inboxes

• Collaborate across teams and contribute to overall operational effectiveness

• No direct reports

• Regular interaction with line management

• Cross-functional coordination with teams in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Front Office

• Handling agreements and reconciliations across multiple business entities

• Deliver accurate, timely margin calls and reconciliations

• Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain and update procedural documentation

• Suggest and implement process enhancements

• Participate in UAT and escalate findings

• Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory obligations

• Apply compliance training to day-to-day responsibilities

• Prior experience in a similar operational role

• Effective communicator across business levels

• Solid Excel skills and financial data handling capability

• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach

• Knowledge of ISDA, CSA, and GMRA documentation

• Familiarity with EMIR regulatory requirements

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Minimum educational qualification: A Level

• Embrace feedback and drive continuous improvement
