Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Associate Director to be responsible for advising occupier clients across the Greater London and South East office markets, delivering high-quality consultancy and transactional support.

This role will include end-to-end transaction management, day-to-day client advisory, and new business generation. You’ll work closely with senior team members and support junior colleagues, all while developing your own client relationships and professional profile within the market. Your focus will be on managing active client mandates, sourcing new opportunities, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the team.

You’ll be joining a growing and well-regarded Tenant Representation team operating within Savills wider Office Agency business. The team advises a broad range of occupiers from high-growth scale-ups to large corporates on their real estate strategy, helping them align property decisions with wider business goals. We pride ourselves on our collaborative and dynamic culture, market insight, and client-first approach.
