Assistant Underwriter (Digital) - 12 Month FTC Join a forward-thinking digital insurance team and develop your underwriting experience. Our client is seeking a Digital Service Assistant Underwriter on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with underwriting teams, support brokers and clients via digital platforms, and gain exposure to a wide range of insurance processes. The Role

• As a Digital Service Assistant Underwriter, you will provide efficient and effective service to brokers and clients through digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:
• Handling customer interactions accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Claims, Finance, Compliance, and Management Services on portfolio matters
• Supporting other team members to meet service and quality standards
• Producing management information, reports, and presentations for senior managers and underwriters
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with brokers and clients
• Supporting broker onboarding and training to encourage self-sufficiency on digital platforms
• Identifying opportunities to improve service and customer experience

Requirements

• Previous insurance experience
• Administrative or Customer Service experience advantageous
• Accurate, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, including spreadsheets
• Experience in accurate, high-volume data entry advantageous
