We've teamed up with an excellent school in the WF10 area to find a passionate Teaching Assistant. This is a chance to make a lasting impact on young learners and become a valued part of the school community.

• Supporting teachers with their daily lessons and classroom activities.

• Providing extra help to pupils, both one-on-one and in small groups.

• Assisting with classroom management to promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Preparing and organising learning materials and resources.

• Supervising pupils during various school activities and breaks.

• Keeping accurate records of how students are progressing.

• Working closely with other staff members to support the school's educational goals.

We're on the hunt for a dedicated and skilled individual! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:

• A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or relevant experience in a school.

• A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A good understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.

• The ability to be highly organised and manage your time well.

• A kind, patient, and understanding approach to working with children.

• The ability to work as a collaborative team player.
