What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and keep the store running smoothly.

Your role will include:

• Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Supporting daily operations — stock control, cash handling, and store safety
• Stepping up to lead when the Store Manager is away
• Maintaining high visual standards and creating a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment
• Driving store performance and hitting targets

• Have experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar leadership role)
• Know how to inspire, support, and get the best out of your team
• Take a “customer-first” approach and love helping people find the right products
• Understand retail operations, from stock and safety to visual merchandising
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, “one team” environment
