Position: Assistant Site Supervisor
Location: Kidbrooke Village
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0800 – 1600 & Every Other Saturday 8am - 12pm
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:This role will be based at a development located at Kidbrooke, South East London. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parkland and open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity.
This is a hands-on role that combines practical work with helping coordinate and oversee daily operations.
The successful candidate will assist with organising staff schedules, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard, and stepping in to cover the Site Supervisor when needed. Basic maintenance knowledge is essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Assistant Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations and high service standards across the estate. Training will be provided where necessary.
