As an Assistant School Cook, you'll play a vital role in preparing nutritious meals for students, supporting the Catering Manager, and helping to create a positive dining experience that promotes healthy eating. ??

Key Responsibilities

• ???�? Assist in preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• ?? Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed
• ?? Work collaboratively with the catering team to meet daily service needs
• ?? Adapt to changing demands and support the Catering Manager as required
• ?? Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• ?? Promote healthy eating and contribute to a positive food culture in school

• ? Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• ?? Ability to work well as part of a team
• ?? Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
• ?? Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
