A forward-thinking international estate agency with strong market share is looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to help lead their Canary Wharf sales team.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious, energetic individual with proven estate agency experience who is passionate about winning business, driving valuations, and supporting a sales team to achieve outstanding results.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out valuations and winning new sales instructions
• Assisting in managing the day-to-day running of the sales department
• Supporting, motivating, and developing Sales Negotiators
• Driving team and individual performance to achieve targets
• Delivering first-class customer service to vendors and buyers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working proactively to maximise market share and business growth
• Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency sales (Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator or Valuer level)
• Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
• Good understanding of the residential sales process
• Excellent ability to build rapport with clients
• Motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Determined, energetic, and enthusiastic team player
