• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Manage the resident move-in and move-out process, ensuring a seamless experience
• Collaborate with the Resident Services team to maintain high health and safety standards, including fire safety and water hygiene
• Assist with the financial management of the community, monitoring performance and contributing to budget control
• Represent the business with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting our brand

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property, travel, or hospitality sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as a demonstrable commitment to implementing and escalating safety matters
