The Opportunity

This medium-sized consultancy is highly regarded for delivering top-quality work across Retail, Residential, Mixed-Use, and Life Sciences sectors.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be joining a collaborative team of 25 professionals, in a culture that combines fast-paced project delivery with a strong commitment to learning and development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as Project QS on smaller schemes up to £1m.
• Support Senior QSs and Directors on landmark projects - some exceeding £500m.
• Gain hands-on involvement across all project stages, from cost planning and take-offs to valuations and estimates.

This role is designed to broaden your skill set and ensure you're never siloed into just one sector.

Requirements

• RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Minimum 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Basic pre & post contract experience
• The desire to manage smaller projects whilst assisting on larger
• Ambition to become chartered
