Assistant / Senior Town Planner - Colchester

The RoleAs an Assistant / Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Support and manage a range of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals.

• Work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, providing clear planning advice.

• Assist in preparing development plan representations and policy reviews.

• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic planner who can bring strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have:

• An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification.

• Full or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.

• 2-5 years' planning experience, ideally in consultancy.

• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
