- Support the development and execution of new product launches, ensuring timely delivery to market.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align on product goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs within the FMCG sector.
- Assist in preparing product presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate packaging design and production processes in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and propose improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the development process.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the New Product Development team.
Profile
A successful Assistant New Product Development Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product development or marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- A keen interest in market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.]
- UK Drivers Licence is required
- Ability to travel into an office 5 days a week
