This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to work closely with our highly skilled team, providing insolvency and restructuring advice to a diverse range of clients, from large, complex organizations to small and medium-sized enterprises. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of assignments including:
- Providing restructuring advice to businesses facing challenges.
- Participating in accelerated M&A activities.
- Conducting turnaround support and cash management analysis.
- Engaging in options reviews for stakeholders.
- Assisting with corporate insolvency appointments.
This position requires a proactive approach and a willingness to embrace a fast-paced environment, offering the potential to work on some of the most high-profile cases in the industry. Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a strong background in the Restructuring field.
- Experience in corporate insolvency is advantageous, with a willingness to pursue related qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and adept time management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Proven commercial acumen and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
- Self-starter with a capacity for innovation and leadership in work streams.
- Flexibility to travel and work in various sectors as needed.
