Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an AssistantManager for a popular, expanding and service focused retail brand in their busy Cardiff store, This role is a 32hour contract over 5 days, great opening hours!

As Assistant Manager you will work with a fun, experienced and high functioning team! You will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be leading a team to drive sales and service within the store.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Leading well by example, driving sales and maximising results
• Managing a strong team of Sales Associates
• Driving company expectations and KPI's
• Delivering exceptional customer service and influencing your team to do the same
• Inspiring, coaching and development of the team

Experience Required:

• Retail management experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
• Background in a fast paced retail environment such as Fashion, Jewellery or Beauty would be ideal.
• Experience with managing KPIs
• Bubbly, fun & engaging personality - this is a fast paced environment so you will thrive in this setting.
