Assistant Management Accountant - FRS Ltd : Job Details

FRS are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant role which can offer very quick progression into a Management Accountant position.

You will be joining a newly created finance team & reporting into the Financial Controller who is very hands on & gets stuck in! The finance team has been newly formed & the FC is looking for a personable, knowledgeable & hard working individual who is happy to roll their sleeves up & get involved with some project work alongside the day to day tasks noted below.

Duties Will Include

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable: general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations, statement reconciliations, payment run preparation
• Support month-end and year-end close processes: Prepayments, Accruals, Leases, balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities: Annual budgeting, cashflow forecasting
• Manage expense reports including credit card and fuel cards
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Support the senior accountant with various accounting projects and tasks as required
