Your new company A logistics companywith a strong presence across the UK, are looking for an Assistant ManagementAccountant to join their team on a temporary contract. This is an excellentopportunity to be part of a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.Your new roleYou willplay a key role in supporting the Finance Manager with management accounts. Yourresponsibilities will include:

• Completionof weekly and month-end management accounts
• Reconciliationof accounts to Oracle monthly, including accruals, prepayments, and invoicingrequests
• Maintenanceand reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
• Postingmonthly charges to the P&L account
• Creationand upkeep of management reporting spreadsheets
• HandlingAP/AR queries and resolving parked/blocked invoices
• Providingad hoc analysis to support financial decision-making

What you'll need to succeedYou willhave:

• Provenexperience in a similar management accounting role
• CIMA /ACCA studier or AAT qualified or equivalent
• StrongExcel skills and experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Excellentattention to detail and analytical skills
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
• Aproactive approach to problem-solving
