Assistant Management Accountant - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

An Assistant Management Accountant in Attleborough has arisen, working closely with the Head of Finance and a forward thinking, collaborative team.This role will report directly into Head of Finance and will involve a close working relationship with external stakeholders.25 days holiday plus bank holidaysFlexible working.The role: 

• Production of monthly management accounts packs for multiple trading entities to include KPI’s and variance analysis
• Manipulation of data within Excel.
• Prepare weekly reports for stakeholders and Head of Finance.
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assisting in the preparation of year end audit files.
• Liaison and assisting the auditors of Client companies.
• Working closely with other members of the accounts team (purchase ledger, payroll, credit control).
• VAT returns, and other statutory returns.

Key skills:

• Strong management accounts experience
• Proven communication and customer service skills
• AAT or Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
• Able to manage expectations effectively
• IT literate with strong systems knowledge including strong skills in Excel
• Methodical and high attention to detail
• 2 Years in a similar role would be preferred
