Assistant Management Accountant - Advertising Agency - Media Geeks Recruitment : Job Details

An Independent advertising "challenger agency" that emphasises creativity and happiness is growing their finance team!

We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to support day-to-day accounting functions, working closely with and being mentored by the Finance Director. The role requires a "can-do" proactive attitude, as it's integral to the finance function of a growing business.

• Accounts Receivable (billing and collections)
• Accounts Payable (purchase ledger, payments, cash flow management)
• bank and credit card reconciliations
• job/project reconciliations
• generating cashflow forecasts and WIP reports
• assisting with month-end reporting
• VAT returns
• budget preparation, risk management, coordinating payroll
• liaising with external financial partners for year-end audit

This is a great opportunity for candidates with a couple of years experience in accounting ideally gained within a media/creative agency but it might also suit someone that will hit the ground running and have more of a work life balance.
