Worth Recruiting is working with a respected independent estate agency with offices across South East and Central London. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Lettings Manager (or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up) for their busy Norwood, SE25 branch.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take on greater responsibility and become a key driver in growing the lettings business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Supporting the Lettings Manager in day-to-day departmental operations
- Conducting valuations and securing new instructions
- Assisting in the management, training, and motivation of the lettings team
- Maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and relocation agents
- Driving new business and achieving branch lettings targets
- Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation
- Handling high-end rental properties and delivering exceptional customer service
- Contributing to marketing strategies and business development initiatives
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager
- Strong instruction-winning and listing ability
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A self-starter with ambition and commercial awareness
- Well-presented, articulate, and customer-focused
- Good understanding of the London lettings market (WC1 or Harrow knowledge beneficial)
- Full UK driving licence required
