What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
• Overseeing the day-to-day lettings process
• Building relationships with landlords and applicants
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Achieving targets and KPIs
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Residential lettings experience essential
• Listing and valuation experience preferred
• Strong leadership potential and team spirit
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional presentation
• Knowledge of the Isleworth area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
