HB Partners is proud to be working with a great Multi Academy Trust to support their search for a new Assistant Head Teacher to join the Leadership Team in one of their largest and most successful schools.

This role is a brilliant opportunity to work in an SEMH setting. You will be passionate about supporting young people with these additional needs, supporting them as they navigate their way through this amazing school.

Key details for this role include, but are not limited to-

• Working as part of a highly successful SLT across the school and trust
• "Number one" role for school site, reporting to an Executive Head
• SEMH provision- experience in this area required
• Qualified teacher Status & NPQH/ working towards
• Responsibility for Quality of Education
• Ideal candidate is a DSL
• Primary and/or Secondary experience considered
• Outer London Leadership Scale - Negotiable based on experience
