Assistant General Manager / Property Manager

Circa £28k + bonus

Mon-Fri 8-5pm

24 days annual leave + birthday off + 8 bank holidays

Use of on-site gym

Supporting the on-site team in all areas of daily operations:

• Leasing of student rooms through direct lets
• Customer service
• Resolution of issues (maintenance/anti-social behaviour/rent collections etc.)
• Safeguarding of students
• Room inspections
• H&S compliance
• Events and community engagement
• Budgeting and financial
