With a growing network of over 60 stores nationwide, this business is recognised for great value, excellent product availability, and outstanding customer service. They are now looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to help drive performance, support team development, and uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in leading and motivating a high-performing team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming in-store experience
• Drive store performance through effective merchandising, stock control, and team coordination
• Maintain Health & Safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant environment
• Embody the brand’s values and support promotional activity
• Contribute to commercial and operational planning alongside the management team

• Results-focused with a background in achieving KPIs and driving improvements
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable with analysis and reporting
• A natural leader with strong coaching and team development skills
