Assistant Finance Manager - The Niche Partnership : Job Details

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Processing weekly and monthly payroll, including journals, overtime and timesheets
• Preparing weekly revenue reports for the group, and posting journals into Sage
• Preparing monthly management accounts: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
• Prepayments, reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing the purchase ledger and sales ledger
• Supporting with year-end audit preparation and liaising with auditors

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Finance Manager / Assistant Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager / Payroll Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant
• Payroll processing experience
• To be friendly, methodical and adaptable and enjoy being part of a small team
• Good Excel skills (including pivot tables)
