Assistant Development Manager - London DockLocation: London DockContract: Permanent, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 (with some flexibility required)Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Development Manager to support the leadership of a prestigious flagship development at London Dock. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the Development Manager, and upholding the highest standards of estate and property management.You'll be working closely with residents, contractors, and the on-site team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and presentation across the development. The development is in excess of 1000 units, mixed use, ;arge public realm with extensive leisure facilities  Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of internal and external communal areas, ensuring consistently high standards.
• Support the management of the on-site team (Concierge, Security, Estate Operatives, and Cleaners).
• Ensure compliance and smooth running of estate procedures.
• Oversee training and development procedures alongside the Development Manager.
• Liaise with residents, leaseholders, and contractors, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Manage routine maintenance, insurance claims, and repair works.
• Identify and act upon health & safety risks, escalating as needed.
• Prepare reports and assist the Development Manager with operational requirements.
• Represent the development with professionalism, customer service excellence, and attention to detail.

About YouWe're seeking someone with:

• Previous experience in residential estate management.
• Strong contractor management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
