Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description:
London Dock is situated in the heart of Wapping, just moments from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, St Katharine Docks, and the city. London Dock features 7.5 acres of beautifully landscaped open spaces, a magnificent choreographed central water feature and 1,800 high quality new homes. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To support the Development Manager with the day-to-day operational running of the estate, not limited health and safety compliance, supervising onsite staff, and ensuring the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- To assist the Development Manager in the oversight of the onsite team, making sure the communal site and all Health and Safety Standards are fully maintained and the cleanliness of these areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Review procedures and recommend to the Development Manager any improvements which could be implemented in order to enhance the development.
- Having oversight with the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion, report any issues to Development Manager and provide consent forms where required.
- Progress all repair and maintenance needs noted during regular inspections, ensuring prioritisation as necessary, and ensuring that updates are proactively issued to those affected by the issue, to those reporting the issue and to the client for action where appropriate.
- Attending meetings when required by the Development Manager and take minutes as required.
- Administer and monitor insurance claims to completion. Liaise with residents / contractors / insurance companies as appropriate.
- Undertake the general duties as required from time to time commensurate with the management of residential property in accordance with industry best practise.

What We Ask From You:
- You will have experience working in a similar role in the residential block / leasehold property management sector.
- You will have experience managing hard and soft services contractors and third-party providers.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors, residents and stakeholders across the board.
- Strong people manager with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Proficient IT Skills
- Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
