Assistant Accountant Role

NC Associates are working with a forward thinking and market leading property organisation based in Central Manchester to assist in recruiting a Assistant Accountant. My client is looking for a confident and driven Assistant Accountant who can help support the Financial Manager and wider property team in supporting the finance function in all areas. As a Assistant Accountant you will have lots of autonomy and support to help build on your existing experience. 

Management Accountant Responsibilities

• Supporting the Property Accountants with month end duties
• Bank reconciliation's
• Month end accruals, journals
• Service charge reconciliation's
• VAT returns
• Credit control chasing outstanding arrears
• Cash reconciliation's
• Support the Financial Manager with ad hoc tasks when required

 Management Accountant Experience Required

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant within property
• AAT, ACCA, CIMA Part qualified
• An ability to quickly pick-up new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to understand more
• Strong team player
