Assistant Accountant - Reed : Job Details

REED Accountancy and Finance are actively recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a Not for Profit Charity based in Salisbury, working alongside the Finance Manager. This is a key role ideally for a Part Qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) Accountant to join an existing finance team of four. Career progression is available working with a wide ranging business (Retail, Social Enterprise, Charity) 

This is a permanent full time / 30 hour a week role offering flexible working, free parking and career progression

Assistant Accountant

Full Time (5 days) or 4 days a week. 28 or 35 hours per week - 9am - 5pm. 

Salary £30,000 -  £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Salisbury (Parking available) 

Duties:

- Helping with audit processes and responsible for providing more in-depth internal financial reporting

- Working alongside the Finance Manager, deputising and offering support 

- Supporting Key functions including Year - End Audits, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and overall finance operations.

- Working in a team of four, supporting colleagues. 

Requirements

- Detail Orientated and proactive individual

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified

- Wide Ranging experience working within different sectors (Retail, property, construction etc) 

- Charity background preferable but not essential.
