We're seeking a reliable professional to join our established Rugby area-based client in a permanent, office-based role. You'll be handling the full bookkeeping cycle in a supportive environment where attention to detail and consistency are genuinely valued.

• Managing the complete bookkeeping function using Sage Line 50
• Processing supplier invoices and statement reconciliations
• Completing daily bank reconciliations
• Handling sales order processing, invoicing, and credit notes
• Managing credit control and customer queries
• Supporting the Finance and Office Manager with administrative tasks

• Essential: Solid experience with Sage Line 50
• At least 2 years of accounts and finance administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Someone who works methodically and takes pride in accurate record-keeping
• A reliable team player who enjoys working in an office environment
