Your new companyHays are pleased to be working closely with a positively growing organisation based locally in Fife to support in their finance team restructure due to an increase in demand of workload. This company are well established, leaders within their market as well as forward thinking and passionate about collaboration and working towards common goals.Your new roleIn your new role, you will take a proactive lead as part of the finance team to support in daily, weekly and monthly transactional finance tasks. You will operate as a main contact during month and year end; supporting with the preparation of financial analysis and reports for both financial and non-financial stakeholders; managing complex reconciliations and dealing with queries to address the why behind the numbers.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will be a finance professional who enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team and can confidently demonstrate their ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. You will have strong practical knowledge of debits and credits, an ability to analyse financial data with accuracy and efficiency as well as supporting with general queries that may require dedicated time above and beyond daily duties. You will be someone who has previously supported more junior staff members in their continued development as well as being comfortable in managing all elements of transactional finance.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a competitive base salary of up to £34,000 per annum for a full time, permanent position.
