Client Details

A great Hove based client are looking to recruit a full time Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis.

Description

As Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Processing purchase ledger including support with prepayments and accruals
• Preparing supplier payments
• Allocating incoming funds and sending payment confirmations as required
• Credit Card expenses
• Reconcile related control accounts
• Processing journals where required
• Maintain Fixed Asset register with depreciation
• Maintain supporting records as required
• Support with budget monitoring and cost analysis
• Support with payroll processing
• Month end/year end duties as required
• Bank activity processing and reconciliation

Profile

• Strong excel (Pivot Tables, V Looks Ups)
• Accounting software
• Hybrid working (3 days in office, no parking) and 2 days WFH
