As an Asset Manager at Hyde, you will play a key role in shaping how we invest in our homes by leading our stock condition survey programme, managing data quality, and helping inform long-term asset and sustainability strategies. You’ll work with teams across the business to ensure we provide safe, secure, and high-quality homes for our residents.

Key Duties:

• Lead the delivery of Hyde’s stock condition survey programme and ensure data accuracy to support strategic planning.
• Manage external survey contractors, ensuring performance standards are met and data is captured and used effectively.
• Monitor compliance with housing health and safety standards and respond to performance issues.
• Contribute to strategic policy development, including responses to government consultations.
• Support decision-making around property disposals and sustainability through robust data analysis and reporting.
