Are you currently an administrator looking for a new opportunity in a great company or are you a great graduate, or in retail looking for a step into an office? if so this could be the perfect role for you!!!We are currently looking for a fantastic Administrator who is comfortable with Microsoft office and can follow process with attention to detail. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of the business including managing and sorting incoming goods, preparing equipment for dispatch, stock and inventory control, reporting  and handling various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.  Due to the location of role, you must be a driver. The role is full time, office based and permanent, offering a salary of £26,000  with amazing benefits, based near Farnborough.  Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain organised and tidy stock room areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all incoming equipment, kit, and assets.
  • Raise and update Purchase orders.
  • Reports and updating excel spreadsheets
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior and cover during absences to maintain smooth operation of the department.
  • Prepare kit and assets for dispatch to sites and field based technicians.
  • Oversee post room operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Escort delivery drivers to and from site gates, managing all logistics related to deliveries.

Experience
  • Preferably experience in an admin capacity or from retail with an understanding of managing stock levels
