Position: Assembly/Production WorkersLocation: EastleighHours: Days Regular (Monday to Friday)Duration: 3 months with potential for extensionPay:£12.21 per hour Our client, a growing company, is seeking candidates to join their assembly/production department. Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manual environment (preferably manufacturing/production)
• Ability to work from specifications/drawings
• Capable of carrying out manual hand assembly duties
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent dexterity

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual hand assembly duties according to specifications/drawings
• Meet daily/weekly production targets
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
• Work efficiently within a team environment
