Asbestos Surveyor - Buchan and London Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client who is a national provider of quality driven asbestos consultancy. This modern consultancy that continues to deliver exceptional service to clients using the latest equipment, working practices and technology. Ideally you will be an experienced Asbestos Surveyors that hold the BOHSP402 or P403 certificate (or other alternative recognized certification). As the successful candidate you will be an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on refurbishment and demolition projects across locations in Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge and south east.

Our client is looking for experienced Asbestos Surveyors to liaise daily with clients, contractors and members of the public. Conducting bulk sampling within the local region and carrying out the management and refurbishment/ demolition of domestic and public buildings.

Key responsibilities of the Asbestos Consultant:

Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspection

Compliance with all relevant legislation

Develop, maintain and build client relationships

Visual inspection & 4 stage clearance procedures / Collection of factual and numerical data via tablet device BOHSP402 and/or BOHSP403/P404 (or equivalent).

One plus years pre-existing experience of work within the asbestos consultancy industry. As a minimum, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong work ethic and knowledge of current legislation
