Up to £38,033 + Benefits including a company van, 26 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays

Our client is recruiting an experienced asbestos surveyor to become a part of their multi-disciplinary consultancy due to their successful growth and contract wins over the recent months. They are looking for an asbestos surveyor in and around the London area to work on various sites. Key Duties for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst:

Embark on an adventure-packed career as an Asbestos Consultant where every day is a blend of dynamic communication and hands-on expertise! Imagine yourself engaging with a diverse mix of clients, contractors, representatives, and the public, ensuring seamless interactions and project success. Dive into the task of conducting various air tests, from meticulous leak tests to essential 4-stage clearances for safe reoccupation.

Explore 'Management' and 'Refurbishment and Demolition' surveys across an array of buildings-commercial, domestic, and public sector-ensuring top-notch safety and compliance. You will take on bulk sampling in the area, keeping your daily routine anything but mundane. Plus, contribute to office growth by taking on impactful tasks assigned by the Regional Manager, helping the team thrive.

Needed Experience and qualifications:

• BHOS P402, P403, P404 Qualifications. (Higher qualifications are welcomed)
• Experience in a similar role that can be referenced.
• Full UK driving license and willing to commute across sites.
• A good levels of IT and numeracy skills
• A hardworking attitude
