ASB Officer - DK Recruitment : Job Details

Location: Dorset- with travel to Devon and Somerset occasionally

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week)

Salary: Up to £37,128/year

Help create safer and more supportive communities in a specialist role tackling antisocial behaviour. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing complex cases and supporting housing teams with effective solutions.

Key Duties:

• Lead and manage antisocial behaviour casework, from early intervention to enforcement
• Provide expert advice, training, and coaching to frontline staff
• Build strong partnerships with residents, support services, and enforcement agencies
• Ensure best practice and compliance with legislation and safeguarding standards
• Deliver a trauma-informed approach that protects and supports vulnerable individuals

Essential Skills:

• Experience in ASB and housing management
• Ability and willing to travel
• Happy to have a DBS check
