Office Admin & Artwork Administrator

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, organised, and creative individual to join our fast-paced sales office as an Office Admin & Artwork Administrator.

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing order confirmations that include both invoice cost details and artwork visuals, showing the size and position of designs on garments. You’ll play a key part in keeping orders moving smoothly from confirmation to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and send order confirmations to customers
  • Generate artwork visuals showing logo/graphic placement on garments
  • Produce job sheets and labels to support the production process
  • Perform general admin tasks to support the sales and production teams

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (this is essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
