Art Supervisor - Robert Half : Job Details

Are you an Art Supervisor with a passion for health and wellness communications? We're looking for an Art Supervisor to help shape big ideas into standout campaigns.

In this role, you'll lead a talented art team, guide brand visuals, and partner with copywriters to deliver strategically focused, visually compelling work.

This is a remote, contract role.

Art Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire creative teams on high-profile projects.
• Develop and present concepts that balance strategy with great design.
• Ensure every brand has a cohesive, standout look and feel.
• Mentor junior talent and help them grow.
• Build strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business and markets.
• Roll up your sleeves to concept and design when needed - you'll stay close to the work.

Ideal Art Supervisor Profile:

• 4-5+ years of agency experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications.
• Strong track record managing creative teams and projects.
• Confident presenter who can sell in ideas internally and to clients.
• Skilled collaborator who works seamlessly with account, strategy, and digital teams.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
