Art and Design Teacher - Full TimeLocation: MaryportStart Date: October 2025Pay: £130 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate Art and Design Teacher for a full-time role at a 'Good'-rated mainstream secondary school in the Maryport area. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in KS3 and KS4 with creative and dynamic lessons.

• Full-time teaching of Art and Design

• Predominantly teaching KS3 and KS4 students

• Start date: October 2025

• Ongoing until further notice

This welcoming secondary school is rated 'Good' and provides a happy, safe, and caring environment for both pupils and staff.

• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching KS3/KS4 students

• A degree in Art and Design or equivalent (preferred)

• An Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required

• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

• A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with explanations for any breaks

• Legal right to work in the UK
