Area Sales Manager - Integra Outsourcing Ltd : Job Details

As an Area Saes Manager you will be promoting a leading range of roofline building materials through independent builders' merchants and specialist construction distributors, whilst equally winning business from regional house builders, local developers and contractors.

Package: £40k-£45k basic + an £8k OTE (paid quarterly with a additional £5k for over performance), 24 days holiday, company car or car allowance, 6% company pension contributions, subsidised gym membership, expenses account, laptop & mobileTerritory: South West - Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and CornwallSelling: Roofline building materials - Fascias, soffit boards, guttering & drainageCustomers: Independent builder's merchants, construction distributors, buying groups, regional house builders, local developers and contractors

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

• A field-based territory sales role, promoting a leading range of roofline building materials
• A building plastics range that includes fascia’s, soffits, guttering & rainwater systems, below ground drainage, window trims and cladding
• You will be account managing and developing the relationship with independent builders merchants and specialist building plastics distributors
• Strengthening relationships to increase brand awareness and commitment, delivering product training, conducting trade days and carrying our dual visits
• Whilst equally supporting your distributors with the tracking and winning of of projects with regional house builders, local developers and contractors.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:

• You will already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry
• This could have been gained from either a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, and from any discipline of construction. Light-side, heavy-side, interiors, heating & plumbing…
• Just as long as are proactive, self-motivated and target driven with excellent communication skills
