Are you an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to maintaining the smooth operation of planned repairs? If so, then the Guinness Partnership are seeking an Area Planner to join our team in London on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the operational support manager, the successful candidate will provide an effective planning service for our trade operatives' work schedules to ensure all operating needs and customer requirements are met. 

We operate a hybrid working model with a 3-day office-based requirement and 2 days working from home. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Planning: Providing effective planning of regional operatives’ diaries working closely with the regional operational team to support the achievement of operational KPIs.
  • Scheduling: Maintaining the scheduling system and providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information.
  • Communication: Liaising with customer service colleagues in relation to appointments and updating of all systems when operatives report issues.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure that all customer data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Diary management: Provide an effective planning service of operatives’ diaries, working closely with the regional operational team to support the achievement of team KPI’s.
  • Commercial Coordination: Working closely with the commercial team in relation to subcontractor’s purchase orders and variation orders to ensure continued value for money and commercial procedures are followed.
  • Health & Safety compliance: Take appropriate H&S measures to ensure the safety of yourself, customers, and colleagues.

Role Criteria 

Essential:

  • Experience of scheduling work.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines.
  • Experience with customer-focused roles, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information.
  • Experience of working with databases. 
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures.
