This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a successful area at an exciting time for our business in the Essex and Suffolk area.You’ll lead nine residential sales branches, guiding and motivating your teams to achieve exceptional results. Your focus will be on driving performance, encouraging collaboration, and maintaining a high-performance culture across the region.This role forms part of the Senior Management Team within Sequence’s extensive UK branch network, a great time to join us as we continue to grow and invest in our people.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your teams to ensure high performance across all branches.
- Maximising employee engagement through proactive recruitment, action planning, and retention strategies.
- Driving financial performance, monitoring key business indicators, and ensuring income targets are met.
- Taking decisive action to improve underperforming branches.
- Expanding market share through strategic business growth initiatives.
