Area Manager - Zachary Daniels : Job Details

Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for an Area Manager for a complex assisted sales retailer to lead a group across Dorset and Hampshire. We are looking for an Area Manager, with exceptional experience within an assisted sales or trade environment, that is passionate about delivering great levels of customer service whist delivering and exceeding sales targets whilst maintaining the brand standard. As well as operational excellence the successful applicant will have the ability to make the region a great place to work.

To be our clients new Area Manager, you will lead from the front, be commercial and be the role model adding value across the business, you will have a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with an unrelenting drive for delivering world class customer service.

As a Area Manager, your accountabilities will include the following:

• To create an empowering environment that will be put your colleagues and customers at the heart of everything you do whilst driving sales and KPI performance in stores
• Ensure the region trades legally with health and safety at the forefront.
• Training, coaching and developing your team. Ensuring that talent development is lived and breathed throughout your group.
• Give your colleagues a voice by creating and holding effective listening groups
• Lead the change agenda ensuring agility to match the changing customer demands
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis. Enabling you to deliver sales, costs and profit

Our client's Area Manager role is the ideal position if you are looking to join a market leading brand that will encourage you to trade and deliver a great customer experience! To be successful for this position you will have experience senior leadership experience within the retail assisted sales sector.

In reward for your success, you will receive a salary between £75,000-£85,000 plus an exceptional bonus, car and benefits.
