Architectural Technologist - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Bennett & Game are pleased to be working with a respected, award-winning architectural practice with an excellent reputation in the UK and internationally. We're seeking a Revit-proficient Architectural Technologist with proven project-running experience on large-scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.

This design-led consultancy, with three UK offices and a global presence, delivers outstanding work across residential, mixed-use, commercial and urban regeneration sectors. The 65-strong Manchester team is leading some of the region's most significant regeneration and Build-to-Rent projects, including a landmark £200m masterplan.

This role suits a confident, technically skilled Architectural Technologist experienced in later RIBA stages (3-5), producing and coordinating detailed technical packages and liaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Competitive salary up to £50,000, depending on experience

• Day-to-day use of Revit to develop and coordinate technical drawing packages
• Contribution across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3-5
• Project coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Leading on the technical delivery of large-scale schemes (£10m+)
• Working within a collaborative and well-resourced global studio

• Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
• 5+ years' UK industry experience, ideally with large-scale project exposure
• Strong Revit proficiency and familiarity with BIM workflows
• Demonstrated technical delivery skills and thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Confident communicator with proven project-running experience
• Ability to work independently whilst thriving as part of a multi-disciplinary team
