This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who work on residential projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout foe a talented and driven Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Manage Residential projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree with Architectural Technology
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD
• Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as a technologist
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies
• Strong technical and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
